Flag of the Republic of China

There's news about hoisting the Chinese flag at the White House. Just in case that your mind might be contaminated by undue propaganda, I wish to impress on you what is the flag of the Republic of China looks like:

Yes! This is the official national flag of the Republic of China. The 中華民國國旗 ( 青天, 白日, 滿地紅 i.e. On the blue sky, the bright white sun, shines over warmly red motherland! ) How beautiful it is! -- Almost as beautiful as our Star Spangled Banner!

Don't let anybody tells you otherwise, the Republic of China is the Chinese country founded on October 10, 1911, after the Chinese patriots, led by Dr. Sun Yat-sen, finally overthrown the Imperialism of Ching Dynasty. The Republic of China is also an alien with U.S. and U.K. fighting the Japanese during the WW II. Here's a historical picture took at at the Cairo Conference in 1943 during World War II:

Chinese who grown up during the war like me have all been very familiar with this picture during the Cairo summit in 1943. Since came to U.S. however I noticed unmistakably that Chiang Kai-shek was conspicuously missing from most of the historical reports. I appreciate that Wikipedia preserved this picture to set record straight!

Back to the flag of the Republic of China, you can always see the overseas Chinese fly this flag proudly. For instance in San Francisco:

and at the recent Little Leaque Baseball game in Williamsburg:

Even non Chinese like the flag:

God bless the Republic of China! (天佑中華民國 !)

God bless America!
